We work with a team in constant training. Our staff is fully qualified and has extensive professional experience to offer the best service and attention to all diners.
Our start before moving to Zazpi STM at the San Telmo Museum:
In a closed place for years and in a street that at that time was off, we started our first project with the idea of developing our work philosophy.
The first thing was to bet on quality cuisine, updated, but always respecting the tradition of Basque cuisine and for all budgets. Little by little we evolved on a personal and professional level.
It went from being a bar to a gastrobar, improving the gastronomic offer and with a more creative concept. The team multiplied by four in order to provide excellent service and take care of even the smallest detail.
